All I can say is there are certain bondsman that care and then there are those who only want your money and want to lock you back up. These guys definitely fall into the latter category! AVOID AT ALL COST!

The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a case of possible animal cruelty after the discarded remains of a gray and white pit bull and brown and white miniature horse were found in a ditch in a remote area of Sisk Carter Rd. in Cabarrus County. The animals were discovered by a Cabarrus County resident on April 30, 2017. Thanks to a Crime Stoppers tip, Farris was arrested by Concord PD this week.

The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office currently has a warrant out for Jessie James Farris, Jr., a registered sex offender, for failure to notify the Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office of an address change after moving from his last known location in Concord. He is a black male, 5’5”’ tall, about 140 pounds, with a bald head and brown eyes. He is believed to still be in the Concord area of Cabarrus County.
