My experience with this business was outstanding. I arrived later in the evening and was well taken care of by the owner, Steve. He was extremely respectful and pleasant. Steve made sure to patiently explain the entire process to me and made sure I understood everything I signed and agreed on. It was such a blessing to have his help with my family friend on such short notice. Steve was so willing to help in a tough situation that he even skipped dinner!

I would happily recommend this business to anyone!

On Tuesday November 28, 2017, the Moore County Sheriff’s Office and Moore County citizens will come together in a friendly, informal environment to discuss community issues, build relationships and enjoy a good cup of coffee.

All community members are invited to attend.

The hours of the event will be from 9:30 am to 11:00 am on Tuesday November 28, 2017 at Seven Lakes Landowners Association North Side Clubhouse: 118 Firetree Lane, Seven Lakes, NC 27376

Coffee with a Deputy provides a unique opportunity for citizens to ask questions and learn more about the Sheriff Office’s work in Moore County. The majority of contacts law enforcement has with the public happen during emergencies or emotional situations. Those situations are not always the most effective times for relationship-building with the community and some community members may feel that officers are unapproachable on the street. Coffee with a Deputy is intended to break down barriers and allows for a relaxed, one-on-one interaction.

The program aims to advance the practice of community policing through improving relationships between deputies, police officers and community members, one cup of coffee at a time.
