***DO NOT GO HERE!!!*** They may boast to be cheaper but there are others that are just as cheap but aren't going to charge small print fees weeks later and that aren't sue happy. I was charged an extra fee of $300 and when we called to ask about the extra fee, Will from their office, told us to "Just pay it B#tch". When I couldn't pay it within a 2 week time frame and they wouldn't even let me make payments on it they sued me and I ended up having to pay $1000. (I have to add this I don't get sued. Mr. Blackwell called me after my original review and threatened to sue me again) The charge was for having to hire an investigator because my husband missed his court date because the wrong date was on his paperwork and he turned himself in a couple weeks later but was in constant contact with the bondsman and his probation officer so he made it very clear he was not running. All I needed was a little time to pay this extra fee I didn't even know would occur but they wouldn't give it to me and they sued me instead. ***YOU'VE BEEN WARNED***

Mr Blackwell, My husband called you guys the very next day when he realized he missed court and he was in constant contact with you guys so why did you have to hire an investigator? And I wasn't charged that money until after he turned himself in which is something that most bondman's don't charge unless the defender is truly skipped and doesn't turn himself in for months and years. And I asked if I can make payment arrangements on that $300 because I don't have an extra $300 laying around and you would not work with me. Your office gave me 2 weeks to pay it and then you sued me.
