It has come to our attention people are receiving phone calls from scammers identifying themselves as Deputies with the Grady County Sheriff's Office. These scammers are telling people they have missed jury duty and have warrants for their arrest now. The scammers are telling them they need to pay their warrants over the phone with their credit cards or go to jail. Please know we will NEVER call and ask for your credit card information. If you receive one of these calls, DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Please call Dispatch at 405-224-0984 to report this if you have received a phone call. The bad part about these scammers is they are often times not in Oklahoma and sometimes not even in the United States. Please don't give your information out to strangers on the phone. Thank you. Per the Grady County Commissioners: The Grady County courthouse will open tomorrow at 10:00 am.

The Grady County Commissioners have made the decision to close the Courthouse for tomorrow Thursday January 3rd due to the weather.
