They know that the County Sheriffs have the authority to block federal intrusion and any unconstitutional acts.

To all of my supporters:

I want to thank you for having stood by me, even during the most embarrassing of times. I always had the most sincere of intentions and a genuine desire to restore The Republic and protect Citizens’ Rights.

As some of you may know, my family and I have left the country. This was a decision which was a possibility many months ago. If it were not for the campaign, we would have left much earlier. After having lost The Primary, it became a certainty. In my opinion, there was nothing else I could do which could make a real difference.

I did not wish to publicize our plans for a number of reasons. Not the least of which was to protect those politically-active supporters who may have felt the backlash for my decision to leave. I was/am somewhat concerned for capital controls; current and forthcoming.

For anyone interested in our decisions and reasons, feel free to e-mail me directly.

Sincerely,
Frank

According to the Union Leader, with most of the larger precincts reporting, Sheriff Hardy has won the Republican Primary. It would appear that the Citizens of Hillsborough County are not yet ready to have their Constitution restored.

I wish Sheriff Hardy well and hope that he might reconsider the true nature and authority of the County Sheriff as that of protector of the Citizens, their property and their Rights.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to have educated so many people about the role of the County Sheriff. I urge them to not let this knowledge fade.

Thank you to all of my supporters and especially those who worked tirelessly the past two weeks. Your efforts were truly humbling.

In Liberty,

Frank

Dear Fellow Patriots:

There’s just a few days left until The Primary!

Almost all of the yard signs are out. The new 2’x4’ brown signs are at major intersections and roads. Hopefully, you’ve seen one or two.

I’ve been especially busy this week connecting with farmers and business owners at local farmer’s markets. Cable TV access and radio shows, Letters To The Editor, a three minute Public Service Announcement (now on YouTube), top ratings from both GO-NH and NH Firearms Coalition all add up to great exposure.

The website has been updated with great articles, videos and handouts for outreach. In these last days, please ensure that everyone you know is aware of my campaign and what it could mean to the Citizens of Hillsborough County to have a Constitutional Sheriff. Please direct them to the website for more information, or, give them my e-mail address if they have questions to ask of me directly.

I’m asking for your help on Election Day. Having supporters at the polls can make all the difference. If you have even an hour to spare, please let me know ASAP. All you need do is stand near the entrance to the poll and wave a yard sign as people go by. Maybe you could simply post a yard sign or two at your local poll on the way to work.

Thank you for your consideration and support!

In liberty,

Frank
